Apparently my art is heavily inspired by whatever I'm reading at the time. It takes on a more realistic feel when I read actual books but when I start reading manga or anime fanfiction it gets more cartoony.  I just noticed that as I was looking back at my old stuff and I could tell exactly what I was reading at the time lol.

It's been a while. I lost my inspiration and not having a tablet just made matters worse, but I got a new tablet a while ago and have been getting my mojo back...when I'm not exhausted from work, crabby room mates, and my son. I really don't know how I managed to draw without a computer because I'm telling you this tablet has me so spoiled. Just a click of the button and I can undo mistakes or rotate something till its just right *dreamy sigh* I swear I was a traditionalist before though. Ok So I've had a lot of craziness going on for a while. No more tablet, borrowing a computer, and all I have is a pencil and sketchbook to draw with. *bangs head on desk* But on the bright side I'm working on improving my line art and working traditionally and whatnot.
